This study aimed to identify the degree of Ajloun Governorate school principals practice educational leadership standers from teacher perspective, researcher used Descriptive approaches, collect data Questioner used, which consisted (33) paragraph Divided five sector It was applied an intentional sample (430) male and female teachers.
