چکیده
This study aimed to identify the degree of Ajloun Governorate school principals practice educational leadership standers from teacher perspective, researcher used Descriptive approaches, collect data Questioner used, which consisted (33) paragraph Divided five sector It was applied an intentional sample (430) male and female teachers. The results showed that public principals’ standards teachers’ point view obtained a total arithmetic mean (3.79 out 5), is, with (high) at level domains; field decision-making highest average (4.00), followed by promoting community partnership (3.93), thirdly, human material resources management (3.92), all (high), fourthly, student learning (3.67) finally planning evaluation ( 3.43 these two have (medium)The finding also there is no statistically significant differences (α≤0.05) refers sex (male female) in addition were between years experience favor (9 more).
